Each piece is crafted from solid 14K gold. Custom designs are also available in 18K gold or platinum.

Do you offer gold-plated jewelry?

No. Every piece is made from solid gold to ensure lasting quality and authenticity.

What types of stones do you use?

We offer natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and a selection of high-quality gemstones.

Do the diamonds come with certification?

• Natural diamonds over 0.50 ct - GIA certificate
• Lab-grown diamonds over 1.00 ct - IGI certificate
Each piece also includes an appraisal for insurance purposes.

Where is the jewelry made?

All production stages are completed in-house by skilled craftsmen, including diamond selection and design. This process spans from 3D modeling and printing to casting, goldsmithing, stone-setting and final quality inspection.

Can I receive guidance before purchasing?

Yes. You may schedule a phone consultation, a Zoom call or an in-person appointment for tailored assistance.

How long does production take?

Production typically requires 14-28 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

Can production be expedited for a specific date?

If you have a specific date in mind, such as a proposal, travel or a personal event, you may contact us to check availability for rush production. We will assess the timeline based on the design and materials and update you directly.

How is the jewelry packaged?

Each piece is delivered in a luxury gift box. Rings come in an elegant engagement-style box with a built-in LED light for a refined presentation.

How is shipping handled?

Your order is shipped through trusted premium couriers, including DHL and FedEx, for secure and reliable doorstep delivery.

How long does shipping take once the piece is ready?

Delivery takes approximately 14 business days once production is complete. Self-pickup is available by appointment.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We offer international shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Can I resize a ring?

Most rings can be resized - the first resize is complimentary.

Can I add an engraving to my ring?

Yes. Engraving is complimentary for up to 7 characters.

Can I shower or swim with the jewelry?

Yes. Your jewelry can be worn at all times. Water and chlorine do not damage gold or diamonds, though they may cause natural dirt buildup over time.
(Delicate gemstones may require special care and will include specific instructions.)

Can I clean the jewelry at home?

Yes. Soak the piece in warm water with mild dish soap, gently brush behind the stones with a soft toothbrush, rinse well and dry.

Do the jewelry pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. All pieces include a lifetime warranty with personal support and ongoing service.
Repairs resulting from normal wear are complimentary.
Repairs required due to improper handling or significant wear may incur a service fee based on professional assessment.

Can I create a custom design?

Yes. Custom designs are available. Consultations are offered by phone, Zoom or in person.

Will I receive a 3D rendering before production for a custom piece?

Yes. A 3D rendering is provided for approval prior to production.

Can I request adjustments to an existing design?

Absolutely. You may customize the stone size, setting style, band thickness, gold color and more. We guide you through each step to ensure the piece reflects your vision perfectly.

Can a custom-designed piece be returned?

Custom designs are created especially for you and therefore cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun.

What about non-custom jewelry?

Ready-made pieces may be returned or exchanged within 10 days, provided they have not been worn and remain in their original packaging. Returns are refunded with a 5% deduction from the purchase value.
